was there this morning, ( Monday ) the waiting room was empty, there were more receptionists than patients, yet when you phone they tell you that they are really busy, I cant beleive how downhill this place has gone.
I had an appointment Yvonne, for a smear. She was calm, patient and explained everything that was happening and took the time to reassure me on what the next steps were and what to expect
Just saw Nurse Alice today. She was lovely, so helpful and kind.
It was incredible, the staff are really nice.
