I worked at TFCU for 6 1/2 years until I retired in Nov 2018. They are very good to their employees and are deeply dedicated to the community. The President, Mr. Jim Warren, is truly an amazing person and a kind and strong leader.
You can never get in touch with them and don't have Saturday hours. I will be switching Banks in the near future
TFCU has always been excellent. Never have I had any problems with service. They have always been courteous and friendly!
It would be great if we were told Bill Pay would be down all day today. Really poor customer service.
We recently moved to Dothan from Missouri and shopped around for a home loan. Tyndall Federal Credit Union was the lender we chose and we had a great experience with them. We loved Debbie Beasock at the Dothan location! She was always available to answer all of our questions and made sure everything went quickly and smoothly We also opened an account online which was very easy! I would definitely recommend Tyndall Federal Credit Union!
Been calling for two days and even put it on speaker so I could listen for over ten minutes each time. They can not be that busy!!!!
The fact that I wait 20+ minutes inside or out is pure sad. If you know you have an incline in business you should staff accordingly. The 23rd st branch has piss poor management.
