This bank is incompetent. My entire problem is being able to change my address. After a month of working with them on how to get this fixed I have given up and closing my account. They want you to do their job for them. There member services apparently only want to brush you off as fast as possible instead of actually fixing the problem.
We pulled into gas station in PC on Sunday. Theonly one open, didn’t know how with no power. Turns out TFCU was PUMPING AND PAYING for all of it, what a great give back, so appreciated. Thanks for your dedication in the panhandle.

because I went in and asked for a $7,500 loan using the collateral of a $20,000 boat and was told no basically go to hell and all this is for is to bury my wife and she's at Heritage Funeral home now.

Deposited a check via mobile banking. Five days later no credit to account. Forty minutes on hold waiting for help. Finally informed that Tyndal uses a third party processor for mobile banking deposits. They do all their withdrawals from accounts for loan payments in house though. That way they get their money post haste. The depositor not so much. Stoneage service seems to be the norm here. We live in a time where this kind of backward, sub-par, cheesy cost cutting isn't tolerated by the public. Time to move on from Tyndal.... read more
One problem after another for the most simple of tasks. No one has ever followed up. Every time I go there it's a huge hassle no matter how simple the task.
