Called and spoke to a representative about the 2 and 3 month forbearance programs for my car payment, as most of Bay County residents are not able to work due to the destruction of the town. I was informed that Tyndall would not be participating in these programs and our bills were due on the regular dates regardless of our situations. You have one customer that understands that you can't prepare for total devastation. We have a backup plan in place, just update the site on a regular basis to let everyone know you're working on it. We understand that a business is made up of people who lost everything like we did, and can't access funds just like us. Be safe, and keep us informed.
I used to recommend Tyndall every time but now that they have left their customers hanging due to the hurricane that didn’t even affect my area I will be closing all of my accounts with Tyndall!!
Had my debit card data stolen, had to go through several offices, and a 3rd party to block the card and reverse the charges. Weeks later, still no replacement card. Called them up, and found no new card had even been ordered! Girl got flippant with me, and told me it was MY responsibility to have the new card sent! I don't work there! Hire more people! So sick of waiting in line because you refuse to hire more people. Your a bank, hire enough people to help the people you say you represent so well!
