My parents opened my account for me at Tyndall at 16 years old, when I got my first job. Yesterday, as a 36 year old, I went into the Lynn Haven Branch to close my account. Not once during the transaction did anyone ask me why I was leaving, or if I was unhappy with anything. It would not have mattered if they did, the damage had already been done, but it did cement the fact that Tyndall truly does not care about their members. It's okay. I don't need them either. Tyndall has got to be one of the best credit unions in Panama City! I want to specifically give a special shout out to Mrs. Debbie Stone who works for them! She helped me refinance and 6 months later she has helped me get situated with another vehicle while I’m down south after hurricane michael. She’s very caring, attentive, more than helpful, hardworking, great at her job, and much more! Thank you to Tyndall for having Mrs. Debbie and for Tyndall being Tyndall! Lol

I had an account with Tyndal Federal Credit Union for over 25 yrs. Until I moved in 2012 to central florida . I closed both checking , savings , and my debit card accounts . Till this day my accounts have been closed . How ever i am still receiving a balance notification of my account balance is at 0 . I have called the main branch to try and solve the problem to no success I was told to call their company who runs the internet service of tyndal to rectify the problem . As soon as y’all open back up I’m closing my account. Every bank was open in Dothan Alabama yesterday but guess who wasn’t open for their customers good ol Tyndall. Shame on y’all we can use our cards?? That’s funny most places are taking cash only

I have been a customer very since they opened the Beach Branch. During the busiest time of the day, lunch time, when people are able to get to the bank, they rarely have more than one cashier working. Line is long. My worst experience was a few months ago, I withdrew $6,000 from my savings account to make a purchase. I did not complete the deal, and 2 days later returned to the branch with the exact same 60 $100 dollar bills to deposit back into my account.
