This place is a joke! They are nothing but crooks!! They will apply your payments on the wrong account for 2 months and repossess your vehicle and say you didn’t pay even having a copy of the check that cleared! They said “we did not mess up you didn’t pay on the right account” check clearly show account number! Now I’m down a vehicle and they won’t it paid in full to release it! If I had $34k laying around I wouldn’t have financed a new truck!!! Go to Family Security Credit Union!!
It would be great if we were told Bill Pay would be down all day today. Really poor customer service.
The fact that I wait 20+ minutes inside or out is pure sad. If you know you have an incline in business you should staff accordingly. The 23rd st branch has piss poor management.

Received some of the best customer service from a call service rep followed by the worst service from a call center rep!! Will be making a drive of 2+ hours to close our account that we've had with Tyndall for 30 years.
they do not care about the community. they refuse to help hurricane michael victims even when collateral is 10x the asking amount on a loan. me, my family, and my friends are all done with tyndall. hope the next hurricane blows them away
The absolute rudest staff and most asinine policies I've ever heard of , location on 77 in Lynn haven refused to give us a check back when we have every right to not cash there at this point. But no they kept it, will be closing all accounts I have associated with tyndall.
Friendly professionals who know me by name. Makes me feel like family when I do business there. Panama City Beach back beach rd office. I especially worked my car loan through Rebecca Scott and finalized car loan through Tracy Beeman for my BMW. Both very knowledgeable and professional! Thanks Tyndall for always being there and a union I can trust to lend money at good rates.
0 stars they have horrible customer service skills. the call center supervisor acted like a child when I tried to make a formal complaint. when I asked to speak to another supervisor she chanted in the phone repeatedly you are going to talk to me several times then acted like she couldn't hear me and disconnected the call. I have a legal power of attorney specifically the right to make withdrawals from a savings account that has been sent and approved to and by their legal department only to constantly get jerked around...th... read more
