Just closed my account in the Mariana branch on Thursday yesterday March 29 2018...and I decided to wait a day before I complained just so I could be sure that I had cooled off....sorry but the service was terrible and the attitude of the staff and Manager made it clear that I was unwelcome...Luckily they don't need my business because they have more customers than they can serve...I had am account there for years...
I have been with this credit Union for more than ten years. I just recently had an emergency surgery done and was out of work for two weeks, than a third due to complications. I have been back to work and the money is coming back in but they insist on charging me more money instead of paying my bills, I can deal with the over draft fees if they would pay my bills but charging me a $30 fee with out paying anything is even worse. because I went in and asked for a $7,500 loan using the collateral of a $20,000 boat and was told no basically go to hell and all this is for is to bury my wife and she's at Heritage Funeral home now.

Deposited a check via mobile banking. Five days later no credit to account. Forty minutes on hold waiting for help. Finally informed that Tyndal uses a third party processor for mobile banking deposits. They do all their withdrawals from accounts for loan payments in house though. That way they get their money post haste. The depositor not so much. Stoneage service seems to be the norm here. We live in a time where this kind of backward, sub-par, cheesy cost cutting isn't tolerated by the public. Time to move on from Tyndal.... read more
Bad policies regarding savings accounts that don't have activity in a year.
Terrible place. Terrible people. Don’t trust your money with Tyndall if you care about your family.
Kathy Shelley at the 84 W location in Dothan was so very helpful and Tyndall always makes banking and loans, credit cards so easy. I refinanced my mortgage with them . Always a very good experience when I have to go in there or call them!
