I have an direct deposit for today I cant receive it cause Tyndall do not issue atm cards to customers who have savings only. Today the system is down due to the hurricane michael and I dont have any money. its nowhere I can get some deom. thank you Michelle Franklin
Non-reaponsive to a comcern which could affect anyone with a credot card. They have been told over and over that because the credit card company doesnt put a 1 before the toll free # that people call a local cell phone and leave personal information on it. if a bad peraon had this phone it would be an issue. Have not done anything and it has been over 2 years since the first call. Person who has the cell phone is very annoyed and will be getting rid of it. I was having a problem with my estatement online and I got the most helpful person...she was very patient and took her time with me and told me she would stay on the line until we got this correct and she did....I wish I could have written her name down...I want to say it was Marissa but know really sure...but thank you very much.....Customer Service at it's Best!!!!!
Called and spoke to a representative about the 2 and 3 month forbearance programs for my car payment, as most of Bay County residents are not able to work due to the destruction of the town. I was informed that Tyndall would not be participating in these programs and our bills were due on the regular dates regardless of our situations. You have one customer that understands that you can't prepare for total devastation. We have a backup plan in place, just update the site on a regular basis to let everyone know you're working on it. We understand that a business is made up of people who lost everything like we did, and can't access funds just like us. Be safe, and keep us informed.
I used to recommend Tyndall every time but now that they have left their customers hanging due to the hurricane that didn’t even affect my area I will be closing all of my accounts with Tyndall!!
