So the call center is only monday - friday so if they lock your on the weekend your out of luck unless you have a branch close by. I have been locked out of my account twice with this new system and now again no branch nearby can't pay bills until Monday. I have been with them for years that is about to change I don't know if they are begin attacked by hackers and locking accounts as a safety precaution but there are ways to allow the owner to unlock their account. "Banking" here all my life and got no complaints.
Non-reaponsive to a comcern which could affect anyone with a credot card. They have been told over and over that because the credit card company doesnt put a 1 before the toll free # that people call a local cell phone and leave personal information on it. if a bad peraon had this phone it would be an issue. Have not done anything and it has been over 2 years since the first call. Person who has the cell phone is very annoyed and will be getting rid of it.
