Terrible place. Terrible people. Don’t trust your money with Tyndall if you care about your family.
Literally THE slowest service I've ever experienced at any business. I've been in this line at the 23rd Street Drive-Through for 20+ minutes, and now have been at the tube for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. If I hadn't already sent in my cash and Driver's License, I'd leave.
TFCU has always been excellent. Never have I had any problems with service. They have always been courteous and friendly!
We recently moved to Dothan from Missouri and shopped around for a home loan. Tyndall Federal Credit Union was the lender we chose and we had a great experience with them. We loved Debbie Beasock at the Dothan location! She was always available to answer all of our questions and made sure everything went quickly and smoothly We also opened an account online which was very easy! I would definitely recommend Tyndall Federal Credit Union!

Would never recommend. Due to still being displaced from the hurricane and having to move every two weeks with my two children I have had to pull more so thankful usual out of my savings. With NO WARNING at all they put a block on my account that had over $7000 in it. So I could not transfer funds into my checking for bills that were being drafted, so when they were drafted I was charged almost $30 every single time a bill was pulled. Been calling for two days and even put it on speaker so I could listen for over ten minutes each time. They can not be that busy!!!!
Kathy Shelley at the 84 W location in Dothan was so very helpful and Tyndall always makes banking and loans, credit cards so easy. I refinanced my mortgage with them . Always a very good experience when I have to go in there or call them!
They make it very difficult to continue service without being local. As a credit union that presents itself as catering to military members, it's ironic, and shows that they don't care to maintain loyal longtime members. I'm also disappointed that they charge frivolous fees without notice, like when military families move (as they do, often and suddenly) and forget to update their address. We have all e-statements and do everything online, so how does this affect the CU to the point that they start taking money? Why not a si... read more
