I WAS a 12 year member and they closed my account and dropped me like a bad habit!! I have had 4 loans with them, all of which has been paid in full and early. Not to mention 100% paid on time. Long story short my first and only blimish comes 12 years later. I had a $277.74 overdraft for 45 days, they said they sent 3 letters and called me on the 45 day also the day they sent me to COLLECTIONS AND CLOSED MY ACCOUNT!!!! NO LOYALTY AT TYNDALL FCU!!!!!! My parents opened my account for me at Tyndall at 16 years old, when I got my first job. Yesterday, as a 36 year old, I went into the Lynn Haven Branch to close my account. Not once during the transaction did anyone ask me why I was leaving, or if I was unhappy with anything. It would not have mattered if they did, the damage had already been done, but it did cement the fact that Tyndall truly does not care about their members. It's okay. I don't need them either. I was having a problem with my estatement online and I got the most helpful person...she was very patient and took her time with me and told me she would stay on the line until we got this correct and she did....I wish I could have written her name down...I want to say it was Marissa but know really sure...but thank you very much.....Customer Service at it's Best!!!!!
As soon as y’all open back up I’m closing my account. Every bank was open in Dothan Alabama yesterday but guess who wasn’t open for their customers good ol Tyndall. Shame on y’all we can use our cards?? That’s funny most places are taking cash only
The worst bank ever. Go somewhere else!!!!!! The customer service sucks. They have no communication with you and then when they screw up they are going to make sure that you are at fault so they can get your money. I would have given them 0 stars but I had to give them 1 to post about how crappy this bank Truly is.. If you have money in Tyndall take it out and go to and go to any other bank.
0 stars they have horrible customer service skills. the call center supervisor acted like a child when I tried to make a formal complaint. when I asked to speak to another supervisor she chanted in the phone repeatedly you are going to talk to me several times then acted like she couldn't hear me and disconnected the call. I have a legal power of attorney specifically the right to make withdrawals from a savings account that has been sent and approved to and by their legal department only to constantly get jerked around...th... read more
