Avoid member services at chipley location Branch manager is not professional.! Extremely rude and assumes that members for over 50 years are ignorant. Save yourself the stress and avoid Tiffany. She is the reason 5 accounts we had are closed. good riddance TFCU

This place is a joke! They are nothing but crooks!! They will apply your payments on the wrong account for 2 months and repossess your vehicle and say you didn’t pay even having a copy of the check that cleared! They said “we did not mess up you didn’t pay on the right account” check clearly show account number! Now I’m down a vehicle and they won’t it paid in full to release it! If I had $34k laying around I wouldn’t have financed a new truck!!! Go to Family Security Credit Union!!

I live overseas and my card was declined while trying to renew my visas even though the they were notified via secure message that this charge would be coming. Called Operations Center asking for answers to two questions to no avail. Was asked to call back so they could do research. Called back three times yesterday - had to leave message. On third message asked person I was contacting to e-mail me the info. No e-mail. Tried to call again today - still had to leave a message. They make it very difficult to continue service without being local. As a credit union that presents itself as catering to military members, it's ironic, and shows that they don't care to maintain loyal longtime members. I'm also disappointed that they charge frivolous fees without notice, like when military families move (as they do, often and suddenly) and forget to update their address. We have all e-statements and do everything online, so how does this affect the CU to the point that they start taking money? Why not a si... read more

If I could give this bank zero stars I would. I swear dumber then a box of rocks. I am so fed up with them to the point of filling a complaint with the state banking commission. When looking for a bank run as far and as fast as you can away from Tyndall federal credit union.

Horrible customer service. Would not recommend to anyone. Never received a payment book in the beginning. Had to call over and over to get the payment information. Then recently when calling to ask for pay off, the person we talked to had a terrible attitude. Definitely will not be using them again.

Received some of the best customer service from a call service rep followed by the worst service from a call center rep!! Will be making a drive of 2+ hours to close our account that we've had with Tyndall for 30 years.

they do not care about the community. they refuse to help hurricane michael victims even when collateral is 10x the asking amount on a loan. me, my family, and my friends are all done with tyndall. hope the next hurricane blows them away

The absolute rudest staff and most asinine policies I've ever heard of , location on 77 in Lynn haven refused to give us a check back when we have every right to not cash there at this point. But no they kept it, will be closing all accounts I have associated with tyndall.
