Had my debit card data stolen, had to go through several offices, and a 3rd party to block the card and reverse the charges. Weeks later, still no replacement card. Called them up, and found no new card had even been ordered! Girl got flippant with me, and told me it was MY responsibility to have the new card sent! I don't work there! You find out what a company is really like during tough times. Putting a hold on our insurance checks from Hurricane Michael is morally wrong for the homeowner as well as the many small businesses that need to be paid for their services. I am now looking for another bank/credit union. This is unforgivable.
Had a great experience with Tyndall Federal Credit Union in Dothan with an auto loan. I highly recommend them and especially Kathy Shelley for courteous, timely service. Thank you Tyndall!
Hire more people! So sick of waiting in line because you refuse to hire more people. Your a bank, hire enough people to help the people you say you represent so well!

If I could give this bank zero stars I would. I swear dumber then a box of rocks. I am so fed up with them to the point of filling a complaint with the state banking commission. When looking for a bank run as far and as fast as you can away from Tyndall federal credit union.
Horrible customer service. Would not recommend to anyone. Never received a payment book in the beginning. Had to call over and over to get the payment information. Then recently when calling to ask for pay off, the person we talked to had a terrible attitude. Definitely will not be using them again.
The worst bank ever. Go somewhere else!!!!!! The customer service sucks. They have no communication with you and then when they screw up they are going to make sure that you are at fault so they can get your money. I would have given them 0 stars but I had to give them 1 to post about how crappy this bank Truly is.. If you have money in Tyndall take it out and go to and go to any other bank.
Do not apply for any type of loan with this institution. They seem like they are giving low rates for auto and home loans but in fact they are using a credit score model that will pull your lowest score so they can charge you a higher APR. if you think your score it good-excellent prepare for them to come back and tell you that your score is 100 points lower than it really is.
