So the call center is only monday - friday so if they lock your on the weekend your out of luck unless you have a branch close by. I have been locked out of my account twice with this new system and now again no branch nearby can't pay bills until Monday. I have been with them for years that is about to change I don't know if they are begin attacked by hackers and locking accounts as a safety precaution but there are ways to allow the owner to unlock their account. i have people to pay!! set i line for 2 hrs to get $200.00 they say they can't connect to internet!! come on !!
Any entity that would freeze the account, of someone who just tragicaly lost their husband and has three children to care for, two days before Christmas is an example of an uncaring, greedy company. This was especially egregious, as her account, that she has had there for almost two decades, has always been in good standing. If this situation isn't remedied soon, an in depth human interest story across multiple media outlets could create an interesting cause and effect scenario.
I WAS a 12 year member and they closed my account and dropped me like a bad habit!! I have had 4 loans with them, all of which has been paid in full and early. Not to mention 100% paid on time. Long story short my first and only blimish comes 12 years later. I had a $277.74 overdraft for 45 days, they said they sent 3 letters and called me on the 45 day also the day they sent me to COLLECTIONS AND CLOSED MY ACCOUNT!!!! NO LOYALTY AT TYNDALL FCU!!!!!!
