Best credit union I’ve ever done business with. They have the lowest loan rates and the best member service I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend!!
Just closed my account in the Mariana branch on Thursday yesterday March 29 2018...and I decided to wait a day before I complained just so I could be sure that I had cooled off....sorry but the service was terrible and the attitude of the staff and Manager made it clear that I was unwelcome...Luckily they don't need my business because they have more customers than they can serve...I had am account there for years...
We waited 5 1/2 months for insurance money to begin repairs on our home. The check was deposited as soon as we received it but TFCU put a hold on it. I thought it would not be a problem since contractor was not prepared to begin work. They held the money for 2 months and still refused to release the entire amount. They wanted to give us half and put the rest on a credit card (one issued by them.) After a 2 hour wait and much pleading they released most of it. I have been with this credit Union for more than ten years. I just recently had an emergency surgery done and was out of work for two weeks, than a third due to complications. I have been back to work and the money is coming back in but they insist on charging me more money instead of paying my bills, I can deal with the over draft fees if they would pay my bills but charging me a $30 fee with out paying anything is even worse.
