I recently lost my car in hurricane Michael and was stressed at the thought of replacing it. I decided to do my financing for a new car through tyndall because I already bank with them and they were offering no payments until February. The whole process was such a breeze and a surprisingly pleasant experience. Good credit union.... But why on Friday at 4pm do you only have 3 inside tellers and 18 people in line .... You wait in line for everything at Tyndall CU... But other than that it's ok
My husband passed away 1 month ago and they froze our joint account. Tyndall refuses to give me payoff on loan because I was not on the loan but yet they freeze my joint account and the money they took was deposited after my husband passed away. So they will take my money but refuse or cannot give me any information. Please stay away from TFCU.
They are currently handling the after effects of hurricane Michael and they are KILLING IT! Lines all day but the staff really cares and they are doing the best they can, so proud to be a member!!
