We have been sitting at the back beach location since 8am, advertised hours are 830am. Post Hurricane Michael hours seem to be whenever people want to show up. It’s 10mins after 9am and the line keeps getting worse and worse, wrapped around the building with not a single Tyndall drive thru window. Innovations Federal Credit Union is open and ready to serve its customers. Tyndall is a joke, I’m so glad I don’t bank here, my gf goes and that’s about to change...

Don't let this bank fool you...Despite the small town bank marketing, this institution has some heartless practices concerning widows. I cannot support any business where women are denied access to their money during a time of significant change and uncertainty. I have severed all financial ties and will be taking all future business elsewhere. This bank is no perfect fit for anyone with a conscience.

Any entity that would freeze the account, of someone who just tragicaly lost their husband and has three children to care for, two days before Christmas is an example of an uncaring, greedy company. This was especially egregious, as her account, that she has had there for almost two decades, has always been in good standing. If this situation isn't remedied soon, an in depth human interest story across multiple media outlets could create an interesting cause and effect scenario.

Froze a widow’s account on the weekend before Christmas without any notification or heads up . . . Both account and mortgage in both their names - never late in any payment of the many vehicles and homes financed and paid off. Waited until his last Commission check went in then froze funds. They are making sure they get theirs . .
