Tyndall sucks they hold your money for too damn long and then they try to hit you with insufficient fund fees when you have the money in the bank
I have been a member of Tyndall since 1976 when I joined Telco who merged with Tyndall. Growing up through many phases of life (one included working there) they have always had great service. They are active in their communities and give back. Thank you!
Your fraud department is a fraud! Why do you have one when you suspend cards and there is no one to help on the weekends???? I have financed 5 vehicles and several home improvement loans in my 25 years.... this is it! I'm done

Customer service is horrible! They would not even take a fraud report from me on my debit card. They want me to call a third party. That is there fiduciary responsibility, once I alerted them of the fraudulent charges. Also, what about due diligence...seeing if other members were impacted? I guess they don't do that anymore either! Look for gas station charges from cities that you were not in and make Tyndall research your issues. It's there responsibility and obligation. Dislike the fact that you closed the Ross Clark Circle branch in Dothan, the location way out on 84 is not very convenient.
The ppl that work there is amazing and polite
I have to say that agree with almost everyone of these awful reviews! Iv been a member for 15 years and have been extremely disappointed the past couple of years with their awful customer service and lack of concern with issues. Not to mention all the other problems, I'm just a firm believer that customer service can change the outcome of a situation and they could care less honestly! I will be cancelling my membership asap.
