its very difficult to get someone on the phone and I currently dont live in the area anymore and they arent very helpful with my issues. I will be closing my account with them very soon !
We waited 5 1/2 months for insurance money to begin repairs on our home. The check was deposited as soon as we received it but TFCU put a hold on it. I thought it would not be a problem since contractor was not prepared to begin work. They held the money for 2 months and still refused to release the entire amount. They wanted to give us half and put the rest on a credit card (one issued by them.) After a 2 hour wait and much pleading they released most of it. One problem after another for the most simple of tasks. No one has ever followed up. Every time I go there it's a huge hassle no matter how simple the task.

been a member for around 25 years and have no problems until this new banking app. Now I can't get into my account and will have to spend an hour on the phone with customer service, and then they'll ask me for some pin or password that I set up as a kid and since I don't know it they won't help me on the phone. So then I'll have to take time off of work to see if an actual person can give me that pin/password so I can call customer service again and waste another hour. the previous app was fine
