I have banked with Tyndall for 18 years. They have been the most helpful, thoughtful, and considerate banks I’ve ever used. During the category 5 hurricane that our city had in October 2018 they allowed me to skip 90 days of my car loan. They also deposited money into everyone’s accounts at the time of the devastation. Worst bank ever ! One issue after another , and the amount of incorrect information given to a customer is beyond ridiculous! They either do not care about their customers or are so inept that they could not give a correct answer if their lives depended on it ! Either way , it’s time for me to go bank shopping .
