As far as NHS services go they do their best understaffed underpaid and sometimes The service is not aimed at working people. Being closed lunchtimes and weekends .no evening surgery ,ridiculous in this day and age
Rang up for an appointment today, waited 20 minutes to get through but I expected that. Was given an appointment for the afternoon. The doctor I saw was great
Absolutely awful surgery ,constantly getting precriptions wrong and receptionists are rude and dismissive .one star rating is to much for this incompitent surgery .
Have been trying for 3 days to get a Dr's appointment to have a problem checked out and be referred for a mammogram. 'Phone again in the morning' I'm told - and no doubt I'll find myself number 60 in the queue like last time!" Why is it SO difficult? And no online booking service offerred, unlike other Practices in Llanelli!
I have amazing experience .kind and professional approch from all staff especially Gp, reception ,nursing practioners and pharmacist.keep going ❤️❤️❤️
