After a 20 min wait on phone, was able to see a Dr on the same day. Dr was informative, and thorough.
Hanging up on patients who need them and now I believe they have blocked me over 60 calls in the past hour and it doesn't even redirect me to the automated chat bot

As far as NHS services go they do their best understaffed underpaid tight resources . The service is not aimed at working people. Being closed lunchtimes and weekends .not even one evening surgery ,ridiculous in this day and age
