I've recently been here and despite my initial thoughts after having been in icu and knowing that I couldn't go home Wow what an amazing place. Manager absolutely great and a lot on her shoulders but can't credit her enough. That shows through the staff and how supportive everyone was without any judgement of circumstances. Felt very safe and that meant so much. Well done ty cynnal hope you get tge recognition you qll deserve x

New option called a crisis house TY-Cynnal Have mental health issues i was sent in due to being in crisis (i was sent in by my health worker), my stay was Tuesday till Monday, it took while to settle in but plenty of opportunities to talk to staff and try to work on my issues I have mobility issues and was happy on arrival to find that there was a ground floor room available with wetroom next door( green room) Washing and drying facilities as well and a small safe to lock valuables away you also get given a room key There wa... read more
