Anima works brilliantly, even diagnosed a skin issue through photos & a prescription sent to chemist, all without wasting a doctors appointment as didn't need a face to face & frees up time for those more in need. Doctors & nurses are always helpful & always quick to approve repeat prescription on NHS app, so can easily collect from pharmacy.

Contacted GP Surgery via their Anima app to request a review a current prescription to see if I need a different medication / dose. I was impressed when I saw an email arrive the same day... until I read the email. It said that they had "Put together an action plan" and closed the case, but I could check my Repeat Prescriptions. I check my repeat prescriptions, and the GP sent a second prescription - for the same medication I'm currently on!! I can't reply, because it's closed. Terrible Service. They have systematically put in place systems to prevent easy patient access. No longer can you call for an appointment but must use a web app which only works during their office hours. Also send email from an unrecognized email address to my junk folder and refuse access to medication based on a lack of response to the missed email. Beyond Poor.
