Beautiful haircuts, cute salon, amazing value! – About a month ago I went to Sasha for a haircut and am so glad I did. Not being from New York, I didn't know where to get a quality haircut and searched online...and lucked out with this place! I wanted a change in style without spending a ton of money on a haircut, and that's exactly what I got. The haircut was around $70, which is cheaper than most nice places in NY, and it was well worth it. Had great treatment and loved Sasha... so i sent some other friends, who also loved their cuts. Thanks!

Great talent, good prices and can't beat the people!! – I was a long time client of TwoDo Salon before moving to Miami, FL. Everytime I travel back to NYC, I always visit with my friends at the salon. There are very talented artists in Miami, but the friendships I made and the quality of work at TwoDo always bring me back - happily. The location is super cozy, and I love the neighborhood feel! Don't miss out on this experience yourself. Great work, decent NYC prices and a wonderful staff!!!

A wonderful little place in the city – I moved here last year from the bay area, and I'm so happy that I discovered Two Do. I had been going to the same salon for about 10 years back home and I wanted to find a place here that was warm, cozy and could handle my very fine, long hair. I live on the upper east side, I?m a writer and I work from home. I didn't want to go into the madness of midtown just to be fabulous so I found Two Do from searching the internet. It was the 3rd place I tried uptown and guess what? ?Third time?s a charm". I love my trip through Central Park for a change of pace on the west side. I've been back twice already for a cut and blowdry with Danielle and last week I tried lowlights with Megan. She was so easy-going and knowledgeable, and the color came out great! The best I ever had! It?s completely natural looking, and I can part my hair anywhere now. Two DO is charming, the staff I've met is friendly and knowledgeable. I'm a happy "new" New Yorker. Thank YOU, Two Do!

Did not disappoint – I tried out a new salon yesterday in mid-town, and was terribly disappointed. I had to find somewhere else to fix it right away. Yesterday afternoon, I did some reasearch online and found TwoDo, a place that is only a few short blocks away from my apartment! I called them and told them that it will be my first time, and that I wanted a razored bob. The receptionist booked me with Yaniv, who she says was very good with the razor. Well, she was right! Yaniv spent a lot of time on my hair, which is corase, thick, and straight (I have Asian hair) and was extremely meticulous with his razor. I came out with the exactly cut that I wanted---a simple, easy to maintain bob without all the excess weight. He wasn't happy with the previous cut that I got and told me that I should come back to him whenever I want anything done. I have to say that I will! I would definitely recommend both the salon and my stylist. I haven't read anything about Yaniv on other reviewers' comments so perhaps he is a new addition?

Does not live up to it's rating – After reading all the great reviews, I booked an appointment at TwoDo salon last week. Well, I was terribly dissapointed with the service I received here, and the haircut and color themselves. The hair color was not at all comparable to what I (explicitly stated) that I wanted, and my stylist became very snippy with me when I insisted she redo it. The cut was subpar, and the staff was really snotty overall. I will never go back here.

Kristen has done it again! – TwoDo is a great place itself, lovely staff with a cute & cozy atmosphere. However I have to tell how AMAZING KRISTEN is. She is by far the best facialist I have ever been to in NYC & beyond. She really cares about the health of your skin and guides you through the treatment explaining the benefits of certain things and how to keep your skin looking great! She has been in this biz for a while so she knows what she is talking about and makes your skin look & feel incredible every time! The massage that she gives is also great, she goes beyond your expectations of a wonderful facial! Give twodo a call and request Kristen, you will love her!

an absolute gem! – i've been a loyal twodo customer for about 2 years now, and it's about time i gave them some well-deserved praise! i was so lucky to have found this lovely, cozy, friendly, professional salon and spa so close to home - it's a neighborhood treat. danielle has been cutting my hair for 2 years and i could never go to anyone else. she listens so intently to what i want, has great advice, really takes her time, and is always very kind. the hair care products are top-of-the-line, and danielle always knows which ones to prescribe. and the facials - WOW. kristin is wonderful. she's a consummate professional. best facial ever - and she gives the best massages. the completely organic skin care line is fantastic. she always has great advice. i can't sing her praises enough. the support staff at the front desk are so easygoing and non-threatening. they always have a smile and are generous with kind words and compliments. they make it such a breeze. and best of all, the prices couldn't be better. a total bargain! check them out!

Lenora & Sasha....Great Duo! – I had been going to the same colorist for over 10 years when she decided to up and move away! For the last year I have been searching endlessly for someone who understands what I want. I recently booked a consult with Lenora. She took the time to talk to me and understand what it is I had before that I was happy with, She also refered me to Sasha. I booked my appointment a week later. What a Duo! The girls make a great team. Lenora not only gave me what i wanted...my color never looked better! As for Sasha...the best cut I ever had! She gave me a cut that worked for me every day! I'm getting so many compliments. Thanks! I found a new home!

great overall experience – For the past 2 years I have been searching for a stylist that I liked and a haircut that didn't cost a fortune. My hair is very fine and I always ask for the stylist to add as much volume as possible, but they never seem to get it right. After reading the reviews on citysearch, I went to TwoDo and had Sasha cut my hair. I had a great experience. She spent a whole hour cutting my hair (most people spend 20 minutes) and then said that I could call her any time to report any problems I was having with styling etc. It only cost $68 and my hair looks fabulous! I have never gotten so many compliments on my haircut EVER! I will definitely go back to Sasha because she listened to what I had to say and then gave me exactly what I wanted. When my hair needs a trim in a few weeks I am definitely making an appointment with Sasha again. I highly recommend her.
