Professional Criticism or Personal Attack – Citysearch is a great tool as it helps people looking for goods and services read first-hand experience reviews about the quality of a business. Praise is always a perk, and criticism - if it is constructive and honest- is also to the benefit of the business as it allows those involved to review their performance and take aim to repair and improve upon shortcomings. Good, honest, objective reviews are the goal here.
I am writing in response to Fred535's review of one of your stylists. While it is responsible and completely fair to report a bad experience, I feel the reviewer has crossed the line in saying that the young lady in question has "no talent as a stylist". First off, a single meeting is far from enough to establish a solid opinion of a person's full abilities. A food critic knows to visit a place more than once before making an educated review...the case should be true in other areas as well. In addition, it is clear from the other reviews posted, to my own understanding of the young lady's abilities, that she is- in fact- a talented stylist. Her services have earned many loyal clients and have made lots of people very happy.
You don't like your haircut? Write about it, be honest. Let others know who gave you the bad cut. It's cool. But save the personal attacks. Miss Alekseyeva is a hard working, caring individual who chose this trade because she enjoys making people feel better about themselves. I'm sure that were you to bring your feeling to her directly, she would do what she could to make things right.
Maybe I'm just overly sensitive. I don't know Sasha personaly, but I know in my heart that the aforementioned review seemed unnecessarily careless and cruel.
