On the 12th of April 2023 the Two Maids and a Mop came to my place to do a move out cleaning when I set up the time and the day for them to come by. It was done through text messaging. DO NOT USE! Unprofessional and subpar cleaning. I have been trying to get a hold of a manager for days and keep calling and they keep saying “they are out of office and will call back”. Have not got a call back. My grandmother told me they was taking pictures of our valuables and now they won’t answer calls!

I’m an employee for the two maids and a mop location in Columbus, ms. It’s by far the best job I have had thus far. Very good management and family type community. Great benefits and wonderful connections. It’s hard work and not for people with out drive.
