Was rude on the phone but told me to turn up, I turned up at the time he told me and was rudely dismissed. Hung around for 15 minutes before coming to the conclusion that he didn't want the work. Don't really care about rudeness but I don't appreciate the absolute waste of time
Bought a car recently, a Ford KA. Back wipers weren't working and the guy said he would have fixed it had he known, and that it's an easy cheap fix. Supposedly would be around £5 for part and £20 labor elsewhere. Alternatively he could do it. Due to time restraints and it being a different city, I was unable to stay so I said I'd just get it done elsewhere and asked him to deduct £25 off price.
