Got in contact with TwinSun heating about having my boiler serviced. They got back in touch almost immediately and organised a day when I was off work. I was kept up to date with when the engineer (Andrew) would arrive, he arrived on time and carried out the service. Andrew kept me up to date with what he was doing and did an excellent job for a good price. I highly recommend this company, I will continue to use them for any boiler issues or repairs. Cheers

Andrew the representative who came out to our boiler fault was very methodical and explained what was happening and why. We are sure delighted with the service we received and have now decided to use the boiler plan for the service etc of our boiler to save worrying in the future. All the worries of filling in forms etc was so easy too... for a DDebit TwinSun is the way to go... we are delighted with how they serve their clients, polite and friendly, what more can anyone ask?

Great service! Had a leak for some time that we've struggled to get someone to fix. TwinSun arranged a visit on the same day I spoke to them, Reece found the issue and arranged to come back within a couple of days and get it fixed. Really impressed with their service, the speed they came out, and the quality of their work. Very happy to recommend them and will use them again!

I rang the company to see if they could have a look at our gas fire and was delighted to be given an appointment for the next day. The appointment was then confirmed by text, plus the following day was given updates on the time Andrew would come. On arrival, he found the problem quickly, cleaned and checked it was lighting well. He was extremely helpful and also advised of the parts that would need to be replaced in the future if there was a problem. Fantastic company to use. My boiler was not working. They were so helpful and friendly. They fixed my boiler very quickly. And also they do have some really good service packages.
