I must begin with the statement that they false advertise that everyone is a VIP to them. I have been living there since 2012. I have had problems with a downstairs neighbor at Twin Terrace who harassed me very badly from day one. Every time I responded to him, he called the police on me. I received two written warnings while the other tennent was a frequent 911 caller which would have been called a troublemaker tennent by the police department.
