Based on the issue I described, TCAS basically diagnosed (correctly) the problem with our dishwasher over the phone. This meant they were able to send a technician with the right part for a fix in one appointment - instead of one to diagnose, and a repeat visit with the part to fix. The technician tracking system online is great, and when Jim showed up, he was professional, friendly and skilled. Was "re-assigned" by Warners Stellian to Twin Cities Appliance Service Center. Where Warners Stellian could not get their act together to even schedule a service visit after a week of trying, Twin Cities Appliance Service Center made a diagnostic trip Thursday, delivered new part on Friday, and installed on Saturday. Couldn't be more pleased. Next time, first call will be to Twin Cities Appliance Service Center!
I really like the customer service from the office staff to the field tech's. They always show up on schedule and Angie in the office goes above and beyond to help us get everything running correctly. Nate is very knowledgeable and we give them all of our repair work at my two properties.
