Twin Cities Appliance was great... I called early morning and they sent out a technician within 4 hrs to repair our refrigerator. Nate the technician was very professional and explained the reason why our refrigerator stop working. He replaced the part and our 17 year old Kitchenaid is back up and running. Thank you Nate and Twin Cities Appliance. Fantastic company and I will never use anyone else for our appliance repair needs. Highly recommend Twin Cities Service Center!
Thank you for your service - or technically offered service, recommendation, and customer care. We needed our washer repaired, however your service tech explained that the cost of repair of our three year old appliance was almost equal to the price of a new one. So, we thanked him and purchased a new one. But, your customer service did not end there. I had a great service call with Twin Cities Appliance today on a fairly new KitchenAid dishwasher that wasn't working properly. The service tech came out this morning and I had a great experience. The technician was able to order the part I needed and also supplied me with several great tips or tricks for me to use. Thank you very much for great service.
I was very impressed with the service technician. He replaced the part in about 2 to 3 minutes. It took longer to run the washer to make sure it was fixed. I also liked how I could check on line where the technician was on his service calls. Plus I got a call telling me when he would arrive in 10 minutes.
Washer still isn't fixed. We'll see how it goes on Wednesday, my second appointment.
Are freezer wasn't working right. They came over and fixed the problem right away!!! BEST service!! Highly recommended.
Great people. Excellent service. I would highly recommend them.
