At the start of a major remodel our washer started to act up. I called TCA and had a technician out the next day. I was able to get all of my laundry done before I had to pack it all up. I got an automated call to my cell phone to let me know that the technician was in route and when he would arrive. Our technician kept the work area clean. He was fast, friendly, and was able to show me what happened and what I could do to prevent it in the future. Twin Cities Appliance Service was amazing to work with. Their staff was very helpful while I was trying to setup the appointment and provided me with very clear instructions. Ryan Williams, the technician that repaired my refrigerator, was professional, well mannered and did a very nice job explaining things as well as answering questions. I was very pleased with the service tech that came out Monday, May 15th. He had the correct parts and was able to fix my oven very quickly. He was very informative and friendly. I thanked him for scheduling his visit. I also thanked him for calling just before his arrival.
My installer Mike was great. He worked around my work schedule and was able to get my appliance working even with my part being unavailable.
I made an appointment online to service my Jenn-aire range. It was easy to navigate the website, I got the appointment date that worked for me, my technician was timely and made all the necessary repairs in one visit.
Thank you for a great experience today. The tech, Ben, was personable, arrived on time, and fixed my Maytag range quickly. Loved being able to schedule my appointment online too.
