Jay showed up on time, was courteous & professional. He took care of our issues and saved us a few bucks in the process. If I ever need appliance repair again, they'll be my go to choice & I'll recommend them to anyone needing their services.
First of all, loved the automated system that kept me in the loop about arrival time and who would be doing the service work. But really, I was so very impressed with the service. Josh Swindle was fantastic! Very friendly, knowledgeable and gave me so many pointers (even on things outside of the appliance he was there to service). Highly recommend; excellent service!
