We had Twin Cities Appliance Service Center fix our refrigerator. Their service technician, Josh, was great. He explained what was going and arranged with the manufacturer to send a new door. When it came, they were able to schedule an appointment quickly and get the new door installed. Would highly recommend them and they will be my first call on any appliance issue.
I AM EXTREMELY UPSET WITH TWIN CITIES APPLIANCE, AS THEY DID NOT REPAIR MY MICROWAVE AT ALL, AND LEFT ME WITH A DANGEROUS APPLIANCE, CAPABLE OF NOT ONLY STARTING A FIRE WITHIN MY HOME, BUT ALSO PRODUCING DANGEROUS RADIATION THAT CAN AND WILL AFFECT MY HEALTH FOR YEARS TO COME!!! THEY HAD BETTER HOPE NOTHING HAPPENS TO ME OR MY HOME, OPENING UP LAWSUIT POSSIBILITIES FOR THEM!!!
