RecommendedAngie at Twin Cities has been super helpful in tracking down the parts needed to complete the repair on our double oven. She stayed on whirlpool and pushed to expedite parts to try and get the unit repaired which was brand new as we had just moved into the home after it was built. When Angie kept encountering delays she went back to Ferguson and Whirlpool and pushed to have the appliance replaced as the parts kept getting pushed out. I had a positive experience from scheduling to the service appointment for my warranty service. While scheduling, Angela identified a likely need for a part replacement so she proactively ordered one to have on hand. Nate was our technician and he was professional, friendly, and prompt. He used the part and successfully fixed our appliance.
The repair associate who came to our house was prompt, courteous and professional. He not only fixed the issue he was called out for, he also fixed another issue that he found.
Twin Cities Appliance does an excellent job from start to finish. They have a time frame so you can be aware of when they can arrive, they explain issues well and do a full, professional job. Always get in touch with them when an appliance is on the fritz!

Mike from Twin Cities Appliance Service Center was so kind and efficient. He fixed my dryer when not even the installers could figure it out :-) And he came out the very next day after called during this terrible time of quarantine. Thank you Mike! I have clean laundry after 30 days!
Great communication- on time-honest-friendly
They are very reliable. I called on a Friday and they showed up right away Monday morning. They ordered the part and showed up 2 days later and installed with no issues. The service man was very polite and friendly. They did an amazing job!
