Very professional dealership, I was contacted by a sales man Luis right away after filling out my contact information. He was really helpful with all the information I asked him. We set up appointment for the q5 and the whole sale went from start to finish! Very professional organization!! I will recommend anyone looking for a good use car to this location
Sam was absolutely not helpful he didn’t know anything about the car I looked at told me multiple times that he didn’t know anything about the car they also forgot to mention that the title was salvaged and tried to still sell me the car doesn’t have any info on the car gurus website about it being totaled or anything

Sam was awful. I contacted them twice before he even responded. I reached out over 6 times in the course of a week. His reply was ill see what ii can do. Never heard from him. They sold the truck to someone else when in my many emails if they gave me a total price i would cut them a bank check. Doesnt get any easier than that.
