Did not end up buying but Luis was more responsive, straightforward and helpful than most dealers in the area. At least sent a Carfax immediately.

Called but the vehicle wasn't at the dealership. It would be back the following week. When I called later the car had been sold.
I recently purchased a 2013 BMW 528i from them, the experience and customer service was phenomenal; the dealer was very transparent and made you feel like all car dealers should. Most places I’ve been, I always felt like I was being hustled; these guys have the formula for success!!
Dealer did inform me that the car I was interested in was sold instead of a bait and switch.
