They did respond
The people were nice and polite and helpful, but their vehicles, at least in their “other lot” were all junk. There was zero effort to clean them let alone detail. Zero effort to repair any obvious damage, and on the vehicle I looked at they didn’t even realize the trunk door was smashed in behind the spare wheel. The salesman has to ask US what was wrong with the vehicle, but then didn’t even bother to offer a more realistic price. The deal breaker though was the old “erase the code” scam they tried to pull. Knowledgeable salesperson , good people
Fast, easy, nice people who communicate well and aren’t pushy. They put in brand new brakes and fixed the wheel bearing on-site as soon as we spoke. An amazing experience. Would recommend.

Told me vehicle just came back from “service”. I drove an hour to find the oil was BLACK, brakes were beat, air filter was shot...etc!!!
