Been on the phone for an hour and still in queue whilst my partner is sick to the core. I know uk health system is a joke but this stupid gp takes it further. Hire receptionists that pick up the phone for starters ?

Always pleasantly surprised by this surgery.. The most helpful reception staff (which is rare!) and we can always get an appointment. Thank you all ☺️
