Avoid! I wanted to spend money at a local business, saw their website and phoned to order a chair. Was told they'd booked a time and it would arrive a few days later. Called them at 5pm on delivery day to ask where my chair was, the person apologises and says it will be delivered by the next day, that day also comes and goes, no communication or offer to reschedule the delivery. I bought 6 office chairs, the price seemed reasonable and the delivery was quick. No issues with the company.
I ordered a Herman Miller Sayl office chair from Twice Nice and honestly, I’m so glad I did. Delivery was really quick, and the chair arrived in great condition — much better than I expected for a used item. Highly recommend both the chair and Twice Nice if you're looking for quality used office furniture at a great price!
Ordered a boardroom table in March, it quickly arrived however unlike the photos the table had been hand painted with gloss (a terrible job), so we returned the table at our own expense; despite numerous promises four months later still no refund has been received leaving us with no option but to start a chargeback claim. I would not recommend this company at all for either the quality of items they sell or the poor communication and broken promises.
