Called TWG to try and get wheel alignment on my BMW, and they took down my details to call me back. No call back, and so I called again, and was promised a call back which never happened. Bit of a let down. Will try a different garage.

Top class guys, highly recommended. Booked in for a 4 wheel alignment on a recommendation. The guys found a bent tie rod. They immediately called me, sent me away in a loan car and 24 hours later the whole thing was sorted and the car drives as new. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again.

Knowledgeable, Honest, Great problem solving, Great communications, a true high performing team! A welcome contrast to most BMW main dealers, straight conversations that really put you in the picture. Consistently superb for the decade plus I have been going there. My BMW is currently at a main dealer have recall work. Usual health check threw up a load of 'urgent' issues. I called TWG who advised me otherwise - I called to book the work with them. This is how honest they are. I've also had many BMW's serviced here, dealer service and knowledge but with transparency and without increased costs. Thanks TWG!
