I have worked with TwentyTwentyOne on numerous projects, particularly for lighting, and they have consistently provided an outstanding service. Their team is professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Quotes are issued in no time, and once an order is placed, I receive regular updates on the delivery status and estimated arrival time. Their reliability and attention to detail make the entire process seamless and stress-free.
Been doing research on furnitures for my new flat and came here to test the sofas and chairs. Bea was very helpful, answered all my questions and offered to show me the samples. When I wanted to test the Wassily chair, she even made an appointment for me with Knoll! It’s not gonna be a while before I actually do my shopping but I’ll definitely come back!
Amazing place
Initially posted a 1 star review due to an error they made with my order but have just changed this to 5 stars due the efforts of a customer service representative named Raphael who went out of his way to fix the problem afterwards. The stools I order eventually arrived today and they are great.
