SOMEONE NEEDS TO RETURN OUR CALLS RIGHT AWAY!!! we’ve called every five minutes and they say they’ll call us back in 1 minute. I said I’d wait and was out on hold for 20 minutes!! They never picked back up. Sent a termination letter with invoices WE HAVE PAID!!! They even had the audacity to send it 2nd class and given a couple of days to remove everything when it’s not possible now they won’t communicate with us. DO NOT USE- disgusting service!!! no emails, no notice, no warnings- NOTHING- BEWARE!!!
Have been a customer with them for years but customer service is appalling. Just received a letter saying my contract is terminated due to unpaid invoices that I have found evidence that I have actually paid. I have been given a week to remove all of my stuff and threatened with it being disposed of if not. No reminders sent for allegedly unpaid invoices and they are not returning my calls. Not the first time I have been treated like this by them. AVOID THIS PLACE

I had a good experience with this place. The staff were helpful and friendly, prices were reasonable. It was perfect for a couple of weeks storage. I also felt welcome/safe as a young(ish) woman(ish), which was good.
