Twenty Manning A great little restaurant on Rittenhouse Square. There's usually a good crowd most nights. Good food and a good bar. My favorite time to go there is during the summer for outdoor dining.
20 Manning This is a great neighborhood restaurant and bar, right off Rittenhouse Square. It is not super special, but is a good quality place to meet for a drink or dinner with friends. Regular, American menu.
A 20th Favorite I've been here for restaurant week, but this restaurant is quite busy and popular any night of the week year round. The bar is attractive and busy. The outside tables are cute, The restaurant is sophisticated and the food on every plate of our 4 top was good. Try it.

It was clear that there were a slew of regulars, and they all seemed to know each other. They also didn't seem to want to know you if you weren't a regular. It is a shame it was so crowded. It seemed like it could be a half decent place.
Wow if you haven't discovered this spot it is a must! Modern, fresh and just a down right cool location! The outdoor seating, open windows, friendly servers, delicious food and drink makes it the perfect location to relax and enjoy! The staff is super friendly! Love this place!

Bad Time – I've been to Twenty Manning three times now and prior to last night it's been wonderful. After a bad experience at Mantra I came here. We came on a Monday night and it was pretty empty. We ordered the calamari as our appetizer. Upon recieving the dish and trying it I was shocked. The hotness of the dish completely overpowered the calamari. I couldn't taste any part of the calamari. LAMMMEEE – I wanted to order the steak but the restaurant had ran out of steaks. so that was a bummer. the appetizers were kind of lame. nothing too special. for the second course my date ordered the sirloin noodles and i ordered the salmon instead of the steak. The noodles is essentially the equivalent of what you could find in a Vietnamese restaurant. Its called bun in Vietnamese and its vermicelli noodles with char-broiled pork.
