Excellent stock of up-to-date cycling gear. Excellent prices and excellent customer service. My new pedals arrived very safely packed and within a couple of days. I’ll definitely go to Tweeks website first, in future. Highly recommended 10/10 from me.
I recently purchased a bike from Tweek Cycles, excited to receive the specific model I had chosen after a lot of careful research. Tweeks really should have a better rating as my experience, having just ordered a new Schwalbe MTB tyre, could not have been better. Ordering via their website was very straightforward with an acknowledgement of my order by email and, having placed my order over a bank holiday weekend, I was pleasantly surprised to receive it two days into the working week. Extremely surprised about the poor reviews. Used Tweeks for the first time, very efficient. Ordered before 4pm and good were there next day 9am. Can’t argue with that at all.
Terrible experience. Ordered tyres for wife’s birthday, they send the wrong one and take over two days to check if they have correct stock in warehouse. Should not be in business in my opinion. Avoid at all costs
