After the van we were renting out was not returned on time, the staff went above and beyond to find us a vehicle suitable for our needs. Everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful.

Cancelled my booking less than 12 hours before I was due to pick the van up. Completely ruined the event plans and did absolutely nothing to amend the situation. Absolute pisstake of a business

Terrible customer service! We pre booked and paid for a vehicle that we needed, specifically for today. We had a problem with the initial hiring of the vehicle, so we had to go away and come back later. Informing the company that we would return and we still had paid for the car to be hired for the 24 hours. When we returned later on in the day, well within the 24 hours we had paid for, we were informed they’d given our vehicle away and there were none left for us to hire? We were given no warning.
