I bought a brand new JL jeep. This morning it lost control due to the front tires wobbling on the freeway. Once again Jesus the service manager will not even get back to me letting me know if the car is safe to drive. Jesus has never bothered getting back to me since I have bought the car. Worst experience of my life. If I get into an accident due to this dangerous wobble I will be suing for sure. Be warned. Stay away from this dealership.

I don’t know where to start but this by far has been THE WORST CAR EXPERIENCE I’ve EVER had. I had tried to run a co-signers credit along with mine and they had informed us that the co-signerers credit was “frozen” and they weren’t able to use it in which I had to fully sign for my first car under my name and got a higher interest rate. Worse experience ever with a car dealership, I am having an issue with my car and they simply won't acknowledge my requests to address the issue. They sold me the car, that's all they care about. Customer service? Well, as long as they keep selling cars, that's not important.. Save yourself the trouble, go somewhere else.

the service department is the worst. takes at least half an hour to check in your car, and longer to pick it up. 4 days to do a 1 day job while the customer pays for the rental even in a warranty repair.
