We went in for a routine oil change. Got the package purchased with our car purchase. The last time we went in they didn't seal it properly which caused a leak. When I called the next day to get it fixed they told me it wasn't possible and that we would need an appointment over a week out. Thankfully another local auto shop took care of it but when I called to speak with a manager about the horrible service with Tuttle Click my calls and messages were never returned. I received outstanding service while getting an oil change recently. My service advisor even informed me of some recall issues that they took care of in a timely manner. Everybody I came in contact with was extremely nice and very welcoming. I'll definitely return for future service!

Had a great experience buying a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. My sales representative Eddie was very knowledgeable and showed me a lot of different options available. The entire process was painless and I'm loving my new Jeep. Would definitely recommend this dealership!
