Sorry I'm about to rant, but everyone needs to know this: never, ever buy a car or get your car serviced with Tuttle-click Chrystler, Dodge, and Jeep. I took my Jeep in for a regular service and 2 recalls. My service writer, Whitney Morris, made this visit the best dealership experience I've had in 20+ years. She was prompt, polite, exceptionally quick at notifying me and get the car back out to me. She has restored my faith in the dealership service experience.
I bought my Jeep this last Saturday, and Hugh Diamond helped make the process go very smoothly. He is very knowledgeable about the jeeps and answered all our questions. Wayne Walloch was very helpful in making sure we got the best financing as well. We love our Jeep!�

I brought my car in for an oil change and recall notice on August 28 at 3:25 PM after speaking with Don, the Service Mgr. I was told it would take between 1 - 1½ hours. At 6:10 PM I went to see where my car was, and everyone in the service department, except one person had left. I apparently was forgotten. When I got home I noticed that the only work done on the vehicle was an oil change and tire rotation. The recall parts were not in stock so that was not done.
