Worst consumer nightmare of my life! is Tuttle-Cick Irvine. Over 2 months my vehicle was stuck there. Just got it out yesterday 9/30/2019 and taking it to another Jeep dealer to repair all the damage and finish the work they called finished. I will be posting videos on Youtube. It was a friendly experience, the service provider was very cooperative.
Customer service is awful. They prove with their actions that they don’t care in the least. I was told when I arrived to pick up my car that they would wash my vehicle, it should take about 20 minutes. After 45 minutes I asked the same person how much longer it would be, he said it wouldn’t be much longer. He didn’t bother to check on the status and get back to me. I then waited another 20 minutes to get a partially dry and water spotted car. NOT what I was expecting! 😡🤬

HALUK BAYRAKCI, the Internet/Fleet Manager made my Jeep Compass Surrender with Chrysler for my new Compass Trail Hawk possible. Without him it would not have been possible. He was a very efficient Knowledgeable and cooperative sales agent. Tuttle -Click is fortunate to have him as an employee.

Service department has ALWAYS been helpful. Always. Doesn’t matter which rep I’ve gotten because they’ve all been calm, patient and accommodating.
