The service department is the worst! Although the man that helped me this time was great his name is Matt. When I called to find out your service hours your receptionist said the service department closes at 5! So I left work early to get down there, only to find out you close at 7! I know I did not have an appointment but 2 hours to get a new tire?!!!
Their service department has been very helpful. i DO NOT recommend their sales department. Too many concerns to list here. My approval took all day. i was told my trade in was in an accident. i had to have my insurance agent prove otherwise. Agreed on price and payments. Agent doing paperwork was persistent in raising both. I was getting up to leave several times. My loan wasn't processed when the agent doing the paperwork went on vacation. Great folks. Doug in Sales and Keith in Finance are awesome. Likewise Jesus in Service is equally as good and goes above and beyond.
I was pleasently surprised by their new system utilising UBER instead of their courtesy vans. It is just so much more convenient and much faster. Thank you for that.

The most painless car buying experiences I had. Start the process thru Costco, they referred me to Tuttle-Click. Kent (Coach) contacted me to setup an appointment. I came to the dealer and met with Hugh and Coach. They provided me with the invoice price and Costco discounted price which I already accepted with Costco. Start the paperwork and wait for my car to be delivered.
