Did the negotiation with Rob Trachtman via text. He was very low pressure and the price he gave me was more than fair for the Jeep I ordered. There were no surprise charges when the Jeep arrived and the deal was done. The whole experience took about 2 1/2 hours from start to finish. I drove off fully satisfied in my new, sparkling clean Jeep with a full tank of gas. Even though Tuttle-Click is 70 miles from my house, I would not hesitate to buy from Rob again.
Rob was great, I was in & out in no time! Love my Jeep!
Bad sales service . I bought a car and was Harley given ant information on it. Texted the person who sold me the car and no replies from him . Very bad service .
My Jeep purchase was a very easy, comfortable experience.
I lease an '18 Jeep Compass, it is burning oil about 1 quart in about 500 miles or less. I stopped by the service the other day and I was told by the manager that is normal. Now I'm not stupid, I know it is way too excessive for an engine with 20K miles in it. They wouldn't even top it up, told me I have to buy oil from them and do it myself. They are not helpful at all. I will never buy a Jeep again, avoid this dealer.
Prices are too high and the service is very slow . The advisers are never available and never return your call. You are basically on your own if your car need service. You have to look for service advisor every time you come in . I think this dealership need a lot of training

We just bought a Grand Cherokee Limited and love it. We talked to Garrett Sturdivant when we got there and talked about what we wanted. To my surprise he listened well and brought out exactly what I wanted!! He put no pressure on and was extremely helpful that day (we had looked at the GMC Acadia Denali and Ford Explorer Platinum too) and then went home to consider which one we would choose.
