I have taken our Toyota's and now our Lexas to Tustin Toyota for the last 5 years, I usually take them in for normal maintance, I deal with Javier Bernal in the service department, he is always very friendly and honest and doesn't pressure us for anything that we don't need. The car is usually worked on in a reasonable time and is ready when he says it will be. I would recommend this dealer to anyone that needs service to their Toyota or Lexas. Ask for Javier, he won't steer you wrong

A friend brought me to your dealership as I am thinking of moving back to the Southern California area again. I wanted to find a Toyota dealership that I could trust as I do mine now. I believe I have found the place. After talking with your Service Manager, Javier Bernal, I feel comfortable I have taken care of one thing I will need when I return. I came into Tustin Toyota to have my car serviced because there are few aftermarket places that will work on my Toyota Venza.
