We started our search for a 2011 or 2010 Scion TC in Orange County where we live. We visited Tustin Toyota. The sales manager, Ricardo and sales person Sandra were very friendly, not pushy, and most importantly, dealt with us honestly. They explained to us that the 2011 Scions are a fixed price and there is really no way we could get the payment we wanted with the amount of money we were willing to put down for a lease. I called to either make an appointment to bring in my vehicle because I felt a little sticking on the accelarator. I was on hold for more than 15 minutes because their Service Department picked up. When Dan answered the call and I told him that I want to bring in my car for the recall, he transferred me to an answering machine so I can leave my information. What if something happens to this car and my family before the return my call? When I bought my car over a year ago at this location, they did not transfer me to an answe... read more

I stopped by this dealer yesterday with my 1995 GMC van with 212,000 miles. I have been in the market for a new vehicle for a while and I was thinking about donating this vehicle to charity for the tax write-off. My wife calls the van the “beast” and she refused to drive it. I called up Tustin Toyota's internet department to avoid the price haggling that comes with buying a car. I want to buy a 2009 Toyota Camry Hyrbid and offered a price which April Conner accepted. I told her I'll be there the next day to buy the car and then she stated that it would be her day off but she will leave instructions to her associate Jose Hidalgo who will handle the transaction for her. I bought a used car in 2007. Originally, it was $12,000, but the finance dept. (some guy by the last name F. Moyameh? called me after a week and told me my car loan was not approved. He lied to me, found me a higher interest at a bank of his choice, and I ended up with a total of $15,000. It turned out that after a month I called my credit union and asked them why I was denied the loan. They had approved my loan!!!! for the $12,000.
