I looked for my car for over one month. I started looking at the end of 2011 in hopes of getting a close-out sale, however, I didn’t find the car I wanted. I decided to wait until January and buy a 2012 car. I ran into some characters on my journey and was completely TURNED-OFF by the thought of dealing with Car Sales Representatives. Tustin Toyota service department is great! Mike Freeman is always very hepful and I trust him. I like that they always complete my car on time and they always wash my car.

I've been coming to Tustin Toyota for more years than I can count, for all my service needs. The service advisors are great. I always feel like a special customer. Javier Bernal helped me today; he was very helpful and efficient, and didn't try to talk me into anything I couldn't afford. Their customer service is outstanding at this dealership. I am always confident that they will take care of all my car's needs.
