I've been bringing my corolla here for service for the last 3 years. Service has always been excellent! The staff has been helpful and recently went out of their way for me. My boyfriend and I brought our car in recently and needed to be out of there quick. A routine 2 hour service was done in 1 hr (without compromising the quality of service!!). Thanks to Chad and his manager Roy, for making that possible! Great staff, quality service, highly recommended!

I have been bringing my 2004 Rav4 to Tustin Toyota since 2004 and the service has always been the best experience. I've been helped by the same people, Earl and Roy, and now Mike P. and have always been courteous, helpful and efficient. The courtesy goes as far as a great shuttle service bringing me back and forth from work, providing a free rental vehicle when applicable, and covering warranty work when justified. Tustin Toyota is highly reputable and I recommend them to those looking for dependable and friendly service.

I was faced with a major financial problem since an independent tire dealer told me that my front struts on my 2010 Camry Hybrid were leaking and this could effect tire longevity. After reading about Camry strut problems online, I was not looking forward to taking my car to Toyota since many online blogs noted that the dealerships would not replace them. My experience with Javier Bernal at Tustin Toyota was not anywhere close to what I read online. Javier was a focused listener and was very interested in what I had to say. H... read more
