In the "reason for visit" above, it doesn't seem to allow me the "parts department" category, but Loren Rogers, in PARTS, as always been very helpful to me, and has gone the extra mile, ALWAYS, to help me, and to make sure I am happy with everything regarding my car. He has helped me find parts that may not even be thought of by many people, and he has listened to my needs, and suggested items. Crooks. Promised they NEVER charge any storage charges, even if left for months and the car is not repaired after the FREE estimate. Lied (totally guessed) twice about what the car needed, without any proper diagnostics, which took them months. Drained the brand new 12v car battery doing a simple diagnosis, and left all 4 windows wide open outside during weeks of heavy winter rains!!! Wouldn't even take the 5 minutes to charge the 12v battery they drained, to roll up the power windows!! Instead, they taped plastic sheeting o... read more

My initial contact with with Tarek Abdelmuti, who sold my step-son a new car a few days ago who was very happy with the deal and how he treated was treated. I worked with Tarek and and Mario Arellano to get the deal I needed on a Camry SE. It was a great experience. I found both of them to be courteous, attentive, knowledgeable and able to deliver the goods. If you need a Toyota, talk to them.
