I'm in the process of buying a new Prius C from Adrian. He is head and shoulders above the average car salesperson!!! He is knowledgeable, calm, believable, and very helpful. I would call him a great consultant not a sales person. Adrian, along with Tom in Service and Gregg & Loren in Parts are a winning team. This will be my 4th Prius purchase from Tustin Toyota. This team has been outstanding. Because of them, it's hard for me to think of any other Toyota dealerships for future purchases. Al Krohn

I have been going to Tustin Toyota for service of my Sienna and Camry in the past 6 years. Roy has trained up a good team, who are very professional and helpful. I would say the service is done right and problem resolved at first trial 99% of the time, and once in a while when they didn't fix the problem the first time, when I took it back, they went out of their way to get my car back on the road as quickly as possible without charging me another dime! When I call, Chad listens attentively to my description of the problem, and always schedules the appointment to accommodate my schedule. I really like the professional personnel at Tustin Toyota. They handle my coming in for service with quick attention and friendliness attitudes. I feel that I got very good service and it only took a couple of hours from my appointment time. I feel very confident that the work was done right. I traded my 2011 Tundra 4x4 for a Scion tc,I am more than happy with my trade in value which is not the norm on trade-ins, I was in and out approximately 2 hours, another plus in my eyes,I highly recommend you deal with Adam Bekr or Tarek!! Tarek called me a couple weeks after sale and offered to fill my gas tank up!! plus they threw in a scion hat and an ice cream!!
